For nearly two decades, she has worked with women and communities through tantra, astrology, herbalism, somatics, ritual, reiki, dance, conscious relationship, and earth-based practice.

10-Day Immersion in Costa Rica (optional add-on)
Come spend 10 delicious days with us in Costa Rica, and emerge as a healer and the embodied priestess you were born to be.
In this immersion, you will experience:
Ten days in the South Caribbean of Costa Rica, held in community with other women
Oracle and ritual work to access the body's own knowing
Movement, touch, and somatic experiencing as pathways into embodiment
Direct teaching in classical and neo-Tantra, exploring eros as a barometer for truth
Practices with the four (or five) elements, connecting inner experience to the natural world
Platonic touch as a practice of safety, presence, and reconnection
Kundalini Activation sessions to reconnect with your innate inner power and magic.
Time with the divine feminine, divine masculine, and inner child within yourself
After this immersion, you will embody:
A working knowledge of energy healing
A felt sense of your own desire, and the ability to recognize when you are aligned with it — or abandoning it

Retreat Itinerary
Overview
DAY 1 - Plan to arrive at San Jose International Airport in San Jose, CR (SJO) no later than the evening of Thursday, March 9. A shuttle will transport you to the Adventure Inn to meet the group and spend one night in San Jose, allowing yourself to arrive spaciously. As everyone arrives, we take time to settle in, get comfortable, and begin connecting with each other. There’s a restaurant at the hotel that is open til 10pm.
DAY 2 - We will depart in a private group shuttle on the morning of March 10 and head for our private villa in Punta Uva. It is a 4.5-6 hr drive. We will stop for lunch half way. We will have our opening circle the evening of DAY 2, once we settle into our Villa.
DAYS 3 - 9 We will have a flowing itinerary that may look something like what’s listed below. There will be 2 full integration days woven in the schedule for you to take longer day excursions, rest, retreat and integrate the medicine of this Priestess Initiation.

Some evenings will have an immersion activity or an optional group activity, such as rituals, yoni steams, body oracle, somatic experiencing or ecstatic dance outing.

What if I can’t attend Costa Rica?
