Sensations can include: tingling, warmth or coolness, a feeling of lightness or heaviness, electric or vibrational energy moving throughout the body, and butterflies in the tummy or a sense of spaciousness and activation in the chest.

You may experience spontaneous, unplanned movement (vibrating, shaking, rolling, sitting up); this is not like possession or hypnosis, it’s freedom of movement guided by the body. You are always in control—you can stop by sitting up and opening your eyes. In this response, the body is the driver, and the ego is in the back seat.

An emotional Release response can include crying, laughing, yelling, or sobbing. These emotions might not be “yours”—they can be ancestral or collective. It's helpful to resist creating a story around the emotion — thinking about the “why” disconnects is from the feeling. You can allow the emotion to rise and fully express. Fully feel it and let the emotion move through like a passing cloud or the rise and fall of a wave.

You may experience a heightened sense of perception, intuition, and spiritual understanding. This can be a point of connection between the physical and spiritual realms, allowing for a deeper understanding of one's purpose and place in the universe. You may see visions, colors, space, or yourself across time (past/future). This experience relates to non-linear time and oneness.
