Sound waves can help us access meditative states and open pathways for deep healing. Through the use of Crystal Alchemy and Himalayan singing bowls, spirit drum, and Zaphir chime sounds, I will guide you into a relaxed state and allow you to deeply absorb these frequencies and promote your highest healing.
Experiencing a sound bath in community with others in a safe space is truly nourishing. In 1:1 sound healing sessions, we work together more closely on your intention for healing, and I may place singing bowls and tuning forks directly on your body to provide targeted frequencies. Private sessions include cleansing of your auric field and ritual opening and closing of sacred space.
Finally, you can explore a combination of sound healing and movement with our in-person Yoga + Sound classes.
